On June 22, 2025, we had the honor of hosting over 2,000 entrepreneurs, creators, and changemakers in Chula Vista, California for a sold-out, one-day event we called iReboot.
It was more than just a business convention. It was a turning point—for our community, for our mission, and for many people in the room who walked away not only with tactical strategies but with renewed purpose.
Here are some of the biggest takeaways from the experience:
Real Growth Starts with Mindset
Our first speaker, Rob Dial, reminded us that the foundation of any successful business isn’t a funnel or a product—it’s your daily habits. He walked the audience through his process for developing mental resilience, setting boundaries, and building routines that support growth.
So many of us get caught up in tactics. But without the mindset to sustain the journey, we burn out.
One attendee told us, “Rob gave me permission to slow down and build discipline first. That alone was worth the trip.”
You Don’t Need Everyone to Approve of Your Path
Jay Shetty took the stage and completely shifted the energy in the room. He spoke from the heart about staying aligned with your purpose even when others don’t understand your path. His words hit home for so many people who are building businesses that look different from the 9-to-5 norm.
“Stop performing for people who don’t understand your mission,” he said. “Authenticity scales faster than approval.”
The applause was instant.
Organic Marketing Still Wins
Samantha Hind broke down how to use Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to create consistent engagement without paid ads. She showed real examples of Dream Team members growing their audiences through story-based content, Reels, and community groups.
The biggest aha moment? The algorithm rewards consistency and connection, not perfection.
Several attendees told us they went home and immediately restructured their content plans based on Sam’s framework.
Impact > Optics
We capped off the event with a raffle where three members got to come on stage, share their story, receive professional photos, and each walk away with $1,000 in cash.
More importantly, we shared that part of every ticket sale would go to the Enagic Foundation. With your support, we raised $5,000—and matched it with a personal donation to bring the total to $10,000.
The energy in the room shifted. It wasn’t just about personal success anymore. It was about what we can build and give together.
Community Is the Catalyst
As we stood on stage looking out at thousands of faces, we felt something we wish we could bottle up and hand to every new entrepreneur: belief.
Belief that they are not alone.
Belief that growth is possible.
Belief that even in a digital world, human connection still matters most.
We saw members from all walks of life—introverts, working parents, first-timers, skeptics—come together in real time. The photos we’ve shared since only capture part of the energy that pulsed through that room.
Looking Ahead
iReboot isn’t a one-time event. It’s a movement we’ll continue to build on—because people don’t just need tactics. They need transformation.
If you were in that room with us, thank you for showing up fully.
And if you weren’t, we hope you join us for the next one.
Because no matter where you’re starting, your reboot is possible.
